Why Ospiri 01 / 03

The category is forming right now

Companies are adopting AI faster than they can govern it, and most of that adoption lands on the endpoint: coding agents, browser AI tools, MCP servers, and the apps employees now build for themselves. Ospiri gives IT and security teams a live view of that footprint, the context to understand what each agent touches, and guardrails at the endpoint that keep work moving. We help companies say yes to AI faster, with the evidence to back the decision.

Hard technology

A Windows kernel driver, ETW detection, a policy engine, copy-on-write filesystem sandboxing. Not a dashboard over someone else's API.

Real customers, early

We are selling to CISOs and security engineers at enterprises today. You will hear what they say, not a summary of it.

Founders who have done it

Prior exits in software supply chain security and data security posture management, plus two decades of enterprise security leadership.

Field Solutions Engineer

Field EngineeringNYC or RemoteFull-timeJunior to Principal

About the role

We are hiring Field Solutions Engineers across multiple experience levels to serve as the technical authority during deployment of our Azure-hosted platform and endpoint products. The role sits between Solutions Architect and deployment specialist. You will own the technical customer lifecycle from pre-sales proof of concept through full-scale post-sales implementation, working as the link between our engineering teams and customers in complex enterprise environments. Your scope grows with your level, from executing standard deployments and scripting integrations up to architecting our global field deployment strategy and shaping the product roadmap.

What you will do

  • Bridge internal engineering and external customers, making sure on-premise and cloud environments connect cleanly to our Azure-hosted infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot system-level conflicts between our endpoint products and the customer's existing security and IT management stack.
  • Build and deploy custom plugins, API integrations, and scripts tailored to each customer's environment constraints.
  • Run technical white-boarding sessions and manage stakeholders through validation and rollout.
  • Feed recurring field friction back into product as concrete requirements.

What you bring

  • Experience in field engineering, solutions architecture, or technical implementation, with a focus on enterprise software deployments.
  • Knowledge of operating system internals and filtering frameworks (WDM, WDK, or WFP) sufficient to debug agent conflicts with existing security stacks.
  • Hands-on coding or scripting ability (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go) for custom plugins and deployment automation.
  • Solid grounding in cloud architecture (Azure specifically), enterprise networking, and modern security topologies.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Levels

  • Junior / Mid. 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Support senior engineers on complex PoCs, execute standard deployment procedures, document environment constraints, and script lightweight integrations. Foundational endpoint troubleshooting and a strong aptitude for learning enterprise architectures.
  • Senior. 5+ years. Lead pre-sales technical validation and post-sales deployment independently, design complex custom solutions, and act as primary escalation for difficult endpoint conflicts and enterprise networking challenges.
  • Principal. 8+ years. Architect deployment frameworks and field engineering standards, advise enterprise C-suites during large-scale rollouts, and translate systemic field friction into core product roadmap requirements.

AI Security Researcher

ResearchNYC or RemoteFull-timeMid to Principal

About the role

We are hiring an AI Security Researcher to drive discovery and mitigation of vulnerabilities in AI systems, and to wire those findings directly into our cloud analysis platform. This is applied research. You will not only study theoretical threats, you will build the automated systems, detection frameworks, and platform capabilities that defend against them at scale. Depending on level, your work ranges from building specific detection modules to setting the strategic direction of our AI security platform.

What you will do

  • Conduct novel applied research on vulnerabilities in AI models, LLMs, and machine learning pipelines: data poisoning, model inversion, prompt injection, adversarial perturbations.
  • Translate research and proof-of-concept exploits into scalable, production-ready code inside our cloud analysis platform.
  • Build automated testing frameworks, detection heuristics, and security analysis tooling for cloud-based AI deployments.
  • Work with backend and platform engineers so security modules run efficiently and scale reliably in a distributed cloud environment.
  • Publish findings internally and, where appropriate, externally to build the research reputation of the platform.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in security research, adversarial machine learning, or application security, with a portfolio of applied technical work.
  • Strong software engineering skills and the ability to write robust, scalable code (Python, Go, Rust, or C++) for cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and how to deploy resource-intensive analysis tooling at scale.
  • Familiarity with the AI and ML ecosystem: LLM architectures, RAG frameworks, vector databases, model deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to threat-model complex systems independently and find systemic design flaws.

Levels

  • Mid. Build and own specific detection modules and analysis tooling end to end, with research direction set alongside senior team members.
  • Senior / Principal. 5+ years of relevant experience. Architect core components of the platform's AI threat detection capability, lead cross-functional research initiatives, define long-term technical roadmaps, and mentor engineers.

QA Engineer

EngineeringNYC or RemoteFull-time

About the role

We are hiring a versatile QA Engineer to own reliability and quality across our entire software ecosystem. The role is a true hybrid, roughly an even split between manual exploratory testing and building out our custom automation framework. You will test a multi-tiered architecture that spans front-end web UIs, backend APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, endpoint agents, and third-party integrations, and you will own the integration of automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines so we can release quickly and with confidence.

What you will do

  • Design, document, and execute manual and automated test plans across the full application stack.
  • Extend our existing custom test automation framework with clean, maintainable code that grows automation coverage.
  • Run deep-dive testing on cloud infrastructure, backend APIs, frontend UIs, data pipelines, and endpoint agents.
  • Validate and troubleshoot data flow and interactions between our platform and third-party applications.
  • Embed and maintain automated test suites in the CI/CD pipeline so quality gates hold on every release.
  • Partner with development and product to find edge cases, reproduce complex bugs, and verify fixes.

What you bring

  • Proven software QA experience with a track record in both manual exploratory testing and test automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, JavaScript) for custom automation work.
  • Hands-on experience testing full-stack environments, including backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint agents.
  • Deep familiarity with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and the mechanics of putting test automation into deployment pipelines.
  • Experience analyzing logs, troubleshooting system-level issues, and testing third-party integrations.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, plus the ability to move between high-level architecture and granular code.

Marketing Intern

Go-to-MarketNYC or RemotePart-time internshipMultiple openings

About the role

We are hiring several Marketing Interns to help build the audience for a category that is forming right now. AI governance is a board-level question that most security teams are still figuring out how to ask, and our job is to be the clearest voice in that conversation. You will work directly with the founders on content, social, and campaign assets, with real ownership from week one. This is not a coffee-run internship. Work you produce goes out under the Ospiri name, and you will see the numbers it does.

What you will do

  • Create content across formats: blog posts, LinkedIn and X posts, short-form video scripts, newsletter copy, and landing page text.
  • Build audience by running our social channels day to day, testing hooks and formats, and tracking what actually lands.
  • Engage our ICP directly, meaning CISOs, security engineers, and platform leaders. Find the conversations they are already having, join them thoughtfully, and route warm interest to the sales team.
  • Repurpose existing assets. Turn one whitepaper into a post series, a webinar into clips, a customer story into a one-pager.
  • Keep a simple content calendar and report weekly on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Help with SEO basics: keyword research, on-page structure, and tracking which posts pull organic traffic.

What you bring

  • Strong writing. You can explain a technical idea in plain language and make someone want to keep reading.
  • Real fluency with LinkedIn and X, including a sense of what makes a post get shared rather than scrolled past.
  • Curiosity about AI and security. You do not need a background in either, but you do need to want to learn the space fast.
  • Comfort with AI tools for drafting and research, and the judgment to know when the output is not good enough to ship.
  • Self-direction. We will give you the goal and the context. You bring the follow-through.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently finished a degree, or work that speaks for itself. We care more about the portfolio than the transcript.

Nice to have

  • A personal blog, newsletter, or social account you have grown yourself.
  • Basic design skills in Figma or Canva.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, a CMS, or email platforms.

Sales Development Intern

Go-to-MarketNYC or RemotePart-time internshipCommission on closed deals

About the role

We are hiring several Sales Development Interns to build pipeline for an early-stage security company. You will own lead generation end to end: find the right accounts, find the right person inside them, write the outreach, and book the meeting. Deals you source and help close pay a commission of 10 to 20 percent of first-year contract value. That is unusual for an internship, and it is deliberate. We want people who want the upside and are willing to work for it.

What you will do

  • Build target account lists against our ICP using LinkedIn, public filings, conference lists, and enrichment tools.
  • Research accounts well enough to write outreach that is clearly meant for that one company, not a merged field in a template.
  • Run multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, and where it fits, phone.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound interest, then hand off clean context to the founder running the call.
  • Keep the CRM accurate. Every touch, every reply, every next step.
  • Test and report. Try new segments, subject lines, and sequences, and tell us what worked and what did not.

What you bring

  • Comfort starting conversations with senior people who did not ask to hear from you.
  • Clear, short written communication. Most of this job is writing.
  • Research instinct. You enjoy finding the detail about a company that makes the outreach land.
  • Resilience. Most outreach gets no reply, and that is the job, not a signal to stop.
  • Organization. You can hold dozens of threads without dropping any.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently finished a degree, or a track record of selling something. We care more about the track record.

Nice to have

  • Prior SDR, fundraising, recruiting, or any role where you cold-outreached for a living.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tooling.
  • Interest in cybersecurity or enterprise software.

Compensation

Base internship compensation plus commission of 10 to 20 percent of first-year contract value on deals you source and help close. The exact rate depends on deal size and your role in the close, and is set out in writing before you start.
